3 b/r farmhouse has a main bedroom with ensuite, an office or sunroom, large open dining/living room with fire place, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry has extra shower, old kitchen has old wood stove (that does not work) and large pantry, 2 foyers, wood shed, double open garage, fresh water tank, chicken coop, raised vegetable garden, sandpit or pond and heaps of garden opportunity. Corrugated iron and ripple iron available. Needs insulation, paint and some doors/window repair. Very peaceful scenic rural area with a new front ramp entrance where kids catch the bus, just 1km from the house.

These farmhouses have deteriorated over time and just needs some tender loving care which includes painting, kitchen + bathroom repair and other maintenance.

Most materials are donated so the ideal tenant would have renovation experience, have children to attend the local schools, ready for a "tree-change" and be willing to contribute to our small friendly rural community.

The offer of $1 a week rent is available for 2-3 years.
